We take time to get to know our applicants through in-depth personal interviews. Applicants are tested and trained as required on our industry-leading Qwiz computer system.
We will not put candidates forward for vacancies unless we are confident that they are up to the job. We aim to impress with each and every placement because we want to establish a long-term relationship with each of our clients, built upon trust.
We like to visit clients' premises to help us refine selection of staff. Our consultants are not paid by commission, so there is no hard sell.
Our Temps are all reference-checked and ready to step into the breach for sickness, holiday or emergency cover at the shortest of notice.
We are fully compliant with legislation covering identify-checking and right to work as well as anti-discrimination and data protection. We fully implement the high industry standards set by our professional body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Through our corporate membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and our collective experience of decades within the Scottish recruitment sector, we are also able to advise clients on market trends both nationally and locally.
Within our city centre offices we have full audio word processing facilities. This is a service charged at normal Temporary rates but enables clients to send recordings of external or confidential meetings or documents for processing outside of their premises.
Also available are full PC training and testing facilities using sector-leading software. Candidates can be tested in main Microsoft Office packages and in mainstream office skills, with reports produced as required.
As well as giving clients confidence that candidates meet required skill levels, our dedicated training facilities are available for refresher training for candidates and client staff alike.
In the meantime, we maintain our close contact and knowledge of the local business community by active membership of organisations such as Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and the George Street Association
